My Story
My name is Sarah and I live in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. I am a wife and
mother. Shortly after my first daughter was born, I began to sew. I
was unhappy with the selection of burp cloths available in stores, and
found that my own design was both functional and fashionable. I
gave my creations as gifts to my friends as they became mothers.
They were so pleased with the products I created that they requested
more and suggested that I make more to sell.
I decided to begin this endeavor shortly after I had my second child.
She was diagnosed with a rare chromosomal disorder called
Trisomy 13 halfway through the pregnancy. Anna was only with us a
short time after birth before going to heaven. The support that we
received throughout the pregnancy, birth and death of our infant
inspired me to use my talents to give comfort to other new mothers
and babies.
I donate some of my handmade items to hospitals; to be distributed
to a baby or family in need of comfort during a difficult time. Each
purchase allows me to donate more items to those families.
